Originally from Boston, Paula relocated to southwest Florida in the late 1980s to assist in the development and sales of the luxurious beachfront buildings of Naples Cay.  A skilled negotiator with a keen understanding of the real estate market, Paula is a recognized figure in the Naples real estate market who is often called upon for her expertise and knowledge.  As a powerful advocate for customers, Paula takes the time to understand individual needs, and, as a result, has developed a large and loyal client base of both buyers and sellers.

Julie Rembos
Broker/Associate
Julie, a Chicago native, relocated to Florida ten years ago and has since earned her license as a real estate broker, specializing in luxury waterfront properties and golf communities.  A graduate of Northwestern University, Julie is an accredited buyer representative (ABR) and is certified in web-based communications strategies by The National Association of REALTORS. As an active member of the Naples community, Julie is a trusted advisor to her clients, providing personal attention throughout the buying/selling process, as well as connecting them to other professionals and services in the area.

Pat Van Osten
Realtor
Pat, a transplant from Philadelphia, arrived in Naples in 1998 with her husband and obtained her real estate license in 2000. In her current role as a licensed assistant, she provides exclusive administrative, marketing, sales, and customer service support to Premier Properties’ Brokers Paula Sims and Julie Rembos.
